Instructions for Authors

Manuscript should be in English and printed using a Laser printer. The text should be typed in single space on white 21.1cm x 29.7cm (A4) paper. The title should be center aligned, in capital letters, 2.5cm from the top of the first page (Times New Roman, 14, Centered, Uppercase). The authors name (Arial, 12, Italics, centered) and complete organizational affiliation (Times New Roman, 12, Regular, Centered) should be two lines below the title. The format for all sub- titles is time New Roman ,12, Uppercase ,left aligned . Please leave a single space after the sub-title. The text (Times New Roman, 12, Regular, justified) should start three lines below the affiliation. Left and Right margins should be 2.5 cm .please put single space between the paragraphs.

The paper may be normally limited to Four pages including all text, abstract, references, figures and photographs. Principal author’s name and page number should be given at the top of each page by pencil on the hard copy. The original manuscript along with a soft copy of the paper must be submitted in final camera –ready forms. Since there will be a reduction of about 72% , letters , symbols, tables and diagrams should be sufficiently large and clear. The figures and tables should be of convenient size with good resolution and be affixed with captions at the appropriate places in the text. Please remember that your manuscript and figures will be reproduced as such, in the proceedings. Overall appearance of the paper and the various sub titles should be that of IEEE conference. Submission of papers

Authors are requested to submit their papers by electronic media in doc format (preferably MS Office 2003) along with one original four –page camera ready manuscript prepared according to the instructions given above. The authors can upload their papers directly (www.doe.cusat.edu/apsym). Please note that the papers which are not in the prescribed format will not be considered.

Abstract: The font for Abstract heading is Arial Narrow, Bold, Italics. Format , Paragraph with left and right indent 2.54cm. The font for the text in the abstract is Arial 11, Italics.
